Holiday Inn Express London - Dartford, an IHG Hotel

The room was a decent size; the bed was huge, granted it was two beds put together, but it was a great size. Dove soap, body wash, and shampoo were available, and they also offer hygiene products upon request, giving me more than many budget hotels. Breakfast was also included, which is great. Bars open all night and cheap parking

The hotel was very modern, clean and the rooms were excellent. We liked the room the minute we walked in. The bathroom was designed like a wet room, a welcoming change for a room with a shower cubicle, accompanied with limescale, mould and the inability to move whist in the shower. The breakfast was amazing, plenty of choice , the food was fresh AND hot. (Very rare in quite a few hotels)

friendliness of the staff they became family as i was there for 3 nights . the room was clean i requested for take away breakfast as my programme was starting at 5am everyday and my packed meal was nice

The staff are always very welcoming, they do their best to accommodate any pre arrival requests and the rooms are probably the best rooms out of most hotel brands, nowhere else is the chair anything but a wooden stool but the big red bucket chairs and the cool lil desks I love them and everything is always soo clean, plenty of space! Blackout curtains that really overlap so there's no light coming through at all! The bathrooms also very well designed and the shower is more of a mini titled wet room of its own as a pose to a glass box. Despite being right on a noisy junction right by the dartford crossing you surprisingly get minimal noise from the road when in the room and parking is easy in the hotels own parking spaces! I've already booked my next stay and I'll let you know what it's like with a sofa upgrade on my next review 😉 Keep up the good work team and thank you so much 😀

Good sized clean room with all equipment well maintained. Bed was very comfortable. Breakfast buffet was very good with a range of cooked and cold options.
